Cancellation Policy

At Core Vitality Aesthetics & Wellness, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that life happens, but we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in a 20% nonrefundable fee charged to the card on file. Deposits are non-refundable. With at least 24 hours’ notice, they may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours will forfeit the deposit. This policy helps us respect the time of all clients and ensures availability for others. Thank you for understanding and supporting a small, nurse-owned business.
